All in all it’s another wall
Eleven favelas of Rio de Janeiro should become surrounded by a partly 3 meter high wall. The construction has already begun around the Favela Morro Dona Marta of Botafogo, it is the pilot project. The Berlin Wall fell 20 years ago and from this point of view it is hard to imagine the construction of these walls should solve any problems.
